I'll be honest, a PhD opens a lot more doors for you than a Masters would (and no, it doesn't limit you to teaching - you can do so much more with a PhD than you can with a Masters). I have my MA degree, and no one gives a shit. A PhD would be so much more beneficial for me, but I can't seem to get there!
