In need of some inspiration

So I've been asked to protray Elizabeth Thompson George Washington's cook while he was in residence at the Morrise-Jummel mansion on the northern tip of manhattan. I've got a corset and skirts and chemises but what I'm looking for is jacket research. I'd really like to make a Jaceobean style jacket but I'm having trouble finding any research of servant wear in the revolutionary war. Really I'm willing to use any research from the colonial preiod as I know during the war fashion wasn't updated especially for the lower classes. So does anyone have any good sources? Thanks for the help!
