Don't fall over but I did actually sew.
And I made a blog post about my progress
I still don't think I'll get this finished in time to wear on Saturday, and I'll probably still pass because of the weather. But I'm SO pleased with how the skirt shape has come out so I'm going to keep working on it.

I'm sure one with more hoops would be better...but at least they're metal :-p And I'm very pleased with it.
