Wow, that's terrible that the kitchen is so lousy. I'm surprised you were allowed to fix it, all my previous landlords wouldn't let you change a thing. I'm sure you and Rob will make it look lovely. I'm in the middle of moving myself, and its disturbing what the previous people were living with. Good luck!
