HUGE hugs to you on the husband thing. Last year, my husband was so depressed he could barely get out of bed and he was having random panic attacks at least once a week, mostly more like 2+ times. His job let him go. It was the worst. If Rob is not currently working with a psychiatrist, I highly recommend it. We worked intensively with a specialist to get Rich on a mix of medications that have improved his quality of life a thousandfold. It felt like it took forever but now we're looking at alllmost a year on this particular set of drugs and he is just so miles and miles better than he was. There is hope. It can get better. Please please please feel free to PM me, FB Message me, Slack message, email (katianye@gmail.com or klovely@bigdutchmanusa.com) or call me (6166901565) any time. Even if it's a good day and you want to tell someone. Especially if it's a bad day and you just want to rage at the universe and depression. This is something you don't have to do alone. Caregiving for mental illness is so hard and you need support and love and sympathy just as much as the depressed person.
