So I'm working on a vintage vogue pattern and attempting to follow it's directions is giving me the WORST migraine ever! I mean seriously I've been sewing for 16 years and I can't make heads or tails out of half of it! How does one baste a raw edge? Do you mean finish? whip stitch? GAH!!! and I officially HATE slinky fabric with a passion. If I don't burn this dress before I finish I'll be amazed
