ups and downs
Feb. 15th, 2014 08:35 amWell the good is that we got keys to the new apt and started moving things in. We did three loads yesterday and it almost looks like we took some stuff out of this apartment *snort*
The bad news is that I just can't see anyway of affording to go to the francaise dinner this year. It really breaks my heart as it's far and away my favorite event of the year and I have no idea if my schedule will let me go next year. But money is so tight because Rob had such a horrible winter. Rob told me not to make an official decision yet, he wants to recrunch numbers...but I can see the writing on the wall. It's just not there. The responsible thing to do is not go...but that is so horribly sad to me. How can I be working two jobs and still be this poor?
