some progress..

So I should be making Kelly's bloomers but I'm actually more motivated to work on my doublet. Oh that CADD. So far today I've cut out my silk bodice fronts and sides and I have one bodice front and both side back peices finished. I ironed the seam allowances in and whip stitched around the edges, and then I'll whipstitch the pieces together. It'll be pretty inside AND outside. and no the over gown isn't getting hand sewn...it's polyester :-p what can I say I'm a snob...okay I'm gonna iron these finished peices and then FORCE myself to at least cut the bloody things out. It takes me no time to whip together a pair of bloomers, the serger's even in white. I just don't want to...ugh
