Time of your life

People say that college is the best four years of our lives and while I certainly HOPE it only gets better from here yesturday was one of those days that makes me understand why people say that.

After sleeping till noon and having a lovely lesiurely breakfast with Andy, Mike, and a bunch of their friends Jen imed me going "what should we do today"

Well Jen, Jose, and I ended up asking Michael Corey to show us around the gorges, being the wonderful person he is :-) He said Okay. Well I never thought I'd go Cliff jumping/diving (yes i went off HEAD first thank you) but I really never thought I'd do it in my clothing! we got there and the water was just so inviting so Jen and I just jumped in. lol the boys were wuses and Just stood there and laughed at us as we splashed in the water like little kids, don't worry there are plenty of pictures to prove our wet adventures.

So sitting on a rock taking in the sun in a pair of SOAKING jeans I had to laugh as jen decided we should go out for coffee, right. so in true college fashion we decided what the hell, only I wanted dry undergarments first, so we went back to campus did a quick change and headed out to cornell.

well dinner ended up being ice cream!! yay!!!

Then Corey wanted to show us the gorgeous library's at cornell which jen pretty accurately described as "orgasmic" they have this GORGEOUS library that in tears with metal shelves with all kinds of gorgeous spirals and twists and paths between the three levels, it was like a room from beauty and the beast or the scene in the monistary from ever after, it took my breath away. In the art history library I found several books in russian! I can still sorta read it! i have no clue what half the words are but at least i recognize the letters :-) and they had the most beautiful books on castles. I've decided I'm going to live in a castle someday! I will. and it has to have a moat and a tower where I can stand and see for miles in each direction and watch the stars come out.

so after we left the library corey had to go meet some other friends but jen and jose and I hung out in my room, ordered a pizza and watched Indiana Jones raiders of the lost ark, then at one in the morning when that was finished we decided to watch american pie, so we invited andy and mike over and watched that till 3, then just played with mp3's on my computer and had our own little dance party till 4:45 when they all left and i finally went to bed...

only in college :-) but what a glorious day I haven't laught that much or had the hours pass that quickly in a long long tim
