hear ye, hear ye...

WE HAVE A FLAT! Yup we have a flat! a gorgeous wonderful beautiful flat. we've named it "white on parkville" because everythings white (including the carpets! eek!) anyway we visited last night, talked today, and figured out all the details. the college is actually gonna lend us four beds, apprently i'm the only one who gets me own from the land lord, go figure. anyway, they're giving us beds, and we're putting throw rugs down on the white carpets, and we're all set! there's two leather couches, a garden and patio out back, a grill, two floors, a fake fire place, and illegal tv, and three plants. and it's only £70 a per person per week!!! that is a phenominal deal! (works out to a little under 400 american a month) as soon as the paper work settles and we all leave the hotel, we can get into the class/exploring london stuff :-)_
on a side note we met the nicest man today outside of Marks and Spencer while eating lunch. some irish guy just came up and started talking. really friendly joking about having 3 guinnses for breakfast, or beer smoothies as mike and jarred have taken to calling them. lol. anyway he talked to us about politics, the importance of travel,living in london, lots of stuff. he was just really nice and friendly!!! I hope all our new neighbors are like that.
