So I've officially made enough money to pay my laundry with my freelancing! (i used half of the check from my chemise for quarters so I could have clean clothing) which is a step in the right direction I guess.

Our new stitcher started in the shop today, she's really....hard to describe. Her skill level seems so far unproven, I'm not sure if it's the machines or if she's just a tiny bit slower at things. But I'm always gaugeing skill levels trying to figure out where I am and what I need to work on etc. she doesn't have a car so I offered to drive her to work tomorrow since she literally lives on the road I drive on to work and I'm all in favor of carpooling and company management hates picking up techies. we're the bottom of the food chain. I also met Kim the co-costume shop manager and she seems like a lot of fun! less business like and more loose than lilly which I think will balance really nicely. Jen Caprio the designer for As You Like it came up too, I've met Jen before at field studies and I have to say I really like her. I think she's very bright, articulate and creative. AND her show Spelling Bee is now a Tony Winning Broadway Musical!!!! woohoo!!! go IC alums!!!

I got a very funny call tonight from a partially drunken manzo and a VERY drunken Kevin!!! Manzo wanted me to come over but kevin was partially naked and I've seen partially naked kevin before and the urge isn't there to see it again. I like having manzo to hang out with, gives me some variety and time away from my roommates and someone I can talk to. And he cooks yummy food mmmmmm. and It really helps he knows mike so we can talk about things involving mike without having to explain who he is, and why he's there, and Yes I love him and blah blah blah. and he likes to tell me mike could have any girl and the world and picked me which makes me all happy. :-)

well time to resume knitting jacks hat or i'll never finish by my deadline.
