Can animals really sense impending doom?

Now Roku and Momo live in seperate cages now, Momo won't stop mounting Roku and in turn Roku eats big chunks out of Momo's butt. So they've had to be seperated. We've tried to let them play together in a neutral environment but they quickly devolve into a big ball of screaching biting fur...*sigh* twice the cages to clean and take up my entire livingroom.

anyway tonight I'm feeling very anxious for some reason...not positive why. I had a lovely day off with Rob, I don't have a ton of homework for my class hanging over me. My store manager won't be there Monday so I can kind of let the well oiled machine that is the store just do it's routine...so why am I vibrating with anxiety?

so we took the Chinchillas out tonight to play seperately and they both were acting extremly anxiously, just running back and for between Rob and I. and Roku never runs, he'd rather sit and stare than run. They were just wigged out. Now Roku is sitting on his perch looking...deflated...I'm kind of worried about them. Rob thinks they're sensing something bad coming...which really is doing great things for my odd anxiety levels. (he chimes in, "I don't really think their sensing something terrible coming")
