Looking at the weather forecast I'm becoming increasingly worried that it's going to pour on Saturday and I'm REALLY REALLY looking forward to a little costume fun time. Please do your anti-rain dance.

In other words I need a part time job...like woah...that is all.

Dancing dancing dancing!! I wasn't worried about the weather at all until tonight when I happened to ask Lil Sis about it, and she told me it's definitely going to rain on Saturday...that's NOT WHAT I WANTED TO HEAR! And the forecast I looked at is just being contrary - there's a little picture of clouds and rain, but the actual description says sunny. So...?

Text me if they do end up cancelling, because I won't be home to check LJ!

hey the education coordinator emailed to tell me they're offering an embroidered pocket workshop from noon-3pm. Sounds interesting but it's $35.00 so I'm out, but I thought dutifully pass the info along.

just needs the waist shortened and cuffs put on...then it's a matter of do I feel like straightening the hem or making a petticoat and polonaising it.

That does sound interesting - but yeah, $35 is nearly my entire spending money for this event! Especially a bit much for something I will undoubtedly lose interest in and wander away from two days later.
