I was awoke at 6am this morning by the bed shaking. Rob had hiccups and so every thirty seconds he would let out a loud yip and JOLT the bed...then in between he would snore...I contemplated covering his face with a pillow. But he has a long long day ahead of him at the US Open today so I got up and came out to the couch instead. *grumble*

I have actually been sewing this week (shocking I know). I started an anglaise after Dress U because I so wanted to try the techniques I learned in Carrie's En Fourreau class. I have to re-sew the sleeve heads. I got them put in yesterday but when I tried it back on the strap bubbled...unpicking and moving it over fixed it, but now I need to sew them down again. All that's left on it is finishing the sleeves, finishing the CFs, the back neck finishing (not sure yet if I'll do the turn it under method or the bind it method) and hemming. I had not intended to wear this for blackcat452's picnic tomorrow but it DOES seem like a possibility as I don't have work till 4...although I'd really like a nap now :-p

Poor thing. I am never so cranky as when I don't get a good night's sleep. =(
