robinsnestI was supposed to work open to close at the pharmacy, which is a long day but not horrible 9-6. It was actually fairly quiet for a saturday, only one man yelling at me that he definitely had refills on his cialis script (which he didn't..why would I lie about it?)...then I get a txt from ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
hiraimi, did I know I was written in at Joann's 5-10? Um...wha? So at lunch I call...apparently I WAS expected at Joann's and they really needed me as there was a huge ad set and it was crazy...*sigh* Call Rob ask him to please bring me non-work pants and food and meet me at Joann's at 6:15. Then suddenly work at pharmacy gets...interesting. A woman fell outside her church and scraped up her face and had a swollen eyebrow the size of a golf ball (not exaggerating, it was HUGE) I was seriously worried she had a concussion as she couldn't really tell me what happened. I called 911. I wanted her looked at. The paramedics checked her out and she refused to go be looked at so they let her drive home but said, "If this ever happens again, go to the hospital DON'T come here" which made both I and the pharmacist on the other side of the wall crack up. Then I had to quickly close the pharmacy up and fly over to Joann's, close, set signs for tomorrow's giant ad. I left at 10pm on the nose, meaning I worked pretty much exactly a 13 hour day...I wonder if I'll be able to walk tomorrow. I am SO sleeping in.
