flea market

So I got up and made it to the flea market at a local church today by 9:30 which I found pretty impressive. :-p I bought four little cut punch glasses for 1.00, a stearling silver basket for fifty cents and a bag of sliverwear that looks victorianesque for 2 bucks. All my sliverwear is too modern. I still couldn't find anything to put potato salad in so I'm gonna have to go back to impact and pay five bucks for a crappy dish or 10 for a decent dish. VERY irritating.

I also went to Michael's and while in their feather section they only have red and purple 6" ostrich feathers (i mean seriously eww) but in the floral stuff with the dried stuff I found BIG FABULOUS FEATHERS! YAY!!! I was quite relieved to have the found them as this hat is turning into way more of a reproduction that I had originally intended.

And now I refuel myself with a peanut butter bagel before heading back to work on this dratted hat.
