The f word

 I am having SERIOUS issues with the dreaded F word. FIT! No matter how many times I practice, no matter how down I think I've got it there's always a point where I end up swearing and throwing something across the room...not aided by the fact that it's nearly impossible to fit the section directly in the small of one's own back....It was perfect on the dress form..it's horrible on me.


The front isn't sooo terrible. 
I think buttons and finishing the front edges will give it the stability it needs down the front. The real horror is the BACK!!!

 
I can't figure out how it should be laying. How do I make it smooth to the body and then flare out? Waist tape? Just take it in across the back? It's sooo frustrating to put it on take it off, put it on take it off. Especially since it was fine on the dress form so using Polly isn't going to help. Why can I always do this on other bodies but my own clothing always comes out so terrible?
